Stewardship

Stewardship of OLT’s land involves safeguarding these natural resources, establishing trails where possible, and allowing for various types of passive recreation.

OLT recognizes that informed people make the best decisions and places strong emphasis on its educational programs. Open to everyone, these programs encourage an appreciation for, and understanding of, Oxford’s natural resources, their importance and the methods available for their preservation. From bats to whales, from aquifers to wetlands, OLT seeks out knowledgeable and talented people to share their experiences.

"The earth is not ours;
it is a treasure we hold in trust
for future generations."
